VCR Daisy 409P (DOD)Reg. # P42508688 • Calved: February 7, 2004 EPD’S: CED-.2 BW+4.7 WW+45 YW+68 MM+11 M&G+34 CEM+.8 SC+.7 FAT+.015 REA+.13 IMF+0.1 Daisy is one of our stand out Red Man daughters that is quickly becoming a top cow in our herd. Darci showed Daisy successfully during her last junior show season in 2005, and since that time, Daisy has shown us why we kept her around. We have retained her first two daughters, both out of 417L in the herd as replacement females. In 2008, Daisy had a stout bull calf out of KJ Recruit. He was our highest indexing calf in the herd at weaning time. Walk On is for sale private treaty at the ranch, and he ran with cows this summer in our pasture when Outback went back to the partner's herd. In 2009, Daisy laid down and had a stout 15G bull calf who was calf champion at the NE State Fair, and sold private treaty to commercial producers this spring. In 2010, Daisy had a full sister to the 15G son, and we think she is a true diamond in the ruff! We plan to retain her in the herd as a donor prospect. |

VCR Revolution May 107L (DOD)Reg. # P42211339 • DOD • Calved: January 31, 2001 EPD’S: CED+1.9 BW+3.4 WW+35 YW+47 MM+16 M&G+34 CEM+1.7 SC+.3 FAT-.004 REA-.04 IMF 0.0. 107L entered our donor program this year for many obvious reasons. She possesses all of the traits that we strive for in our breeding program, with a balanced EPD profile, outstanding phenotype, beautiful udder, and she hasn’t missed a beat reproductively. She has been bred to 5 different bulls and hit the mark with each one of her calves. We did not show her, but some of her offspring have graced the showring. Miss Desire 609S, her 2006 heifer calf, and Honey 637S, a granddaughter, were shown successfully last year by the Rutt family. We are very excited about her 2007 Outback heifer calf and think she has some definite show ring and brood cow potential. In 2008, the flush out of Beckley's On Time hit the ground, along with a natural heifer calf out of Auditor. Both the flush calves and the Auditor heifer are really nice. The On Time heifer was purchased by Kody Illingsworth from Fairmont, NE and was shown very successfully in 2009 and 2010 as a cow/calf pair. In 2009, 107L had a Red Man heifer calf that we are really excited about. She is a special addition to this awesome cow family and has been shown by Makayla Rutt this summer. Look for her on our champions page. This spring, 107L had one of our top bull calves sired by Cracker Jack, and we think he has some outcross potential for any purebred breeder. |

CT Miss Lassie 181M (Goldie)Reg. #P42355997 • Calved: September 28, 2002 EPD’S: CED-4.2 BW+6.0 WW+46 YW+72 MM+20 M&G+43 CEM-3.5 SC+0.7 FAT-.006 REA+.35 IMF -.08. Goldie is Sired by C-S Pure Gold 98170 and her dam is sired by BT Mohican Tradition 530. Goldie has had a very successful show career, and is now becoming a top brood cow in our herd. We have two 417L daughters out of Goldie in production right now, and she has an Auditor heifer calf at side. Goldie's first calf, Gretchen, is pictured on the champions page, and we showed her full sister as well. We are also enthusiastic about Goldie's Auditor heifer calf that was born in September 2009 and feel that she has great cow and show ring potential. Bred by: Tegtemeier Polled Herefords, Burchard, NE
